Poor customer service. I work at a service industry and I know how it feels when someone walks in right at the end of closing and I got there exactly at 5:29 to deposit cash to pay my bill. And as soon as I walk up they turn off the open sign and locks the door in my face. I will never do business with LMCU again. And last time I withdrew asking large bills they said they dont have it? What kind of bank doesnt have large bills...aslo LMCU is so sad that once you deposit money after business hours then you cant use the deposit money until the next morning or afternoon.. its better and faster to deposit in the morning. Right across from LMCU, BoA provides this service but this bank doesnt. How are they going to compete? I have been with LMCU for long time I am going to elt it go even though its a hassle. Why do people use bank? To use money and pay bills. And if the bank doesnt want one last min customer.. I am done with this bank.I hope you guys don't succeed in business because its not one customer you guys are losing.

Generally, I like this banking with LMCU and their mobile banking is good for only checking your balance and transactions.  Their check deposits don't work all the time which is super inconvenient forcing you to have to go in person, lines, people etc.  Their front line staff don't appear always to have the competence and/or authority to help you resolve issues.  

Today, I was super annoyed by the teller.  This is a first world problem for sure, and for that I don't want to complain, but just to caution others about mobile banking check deposits and potential long waits at the branch.  I went to deposit a small check thinking it would only take a few minutes.  I make friendly conversation and mention to the teller that the mobile check deposit doesn't always work and also asked if they had a restroom since I noticed she was taking longer than usual.  She tells me it was only for employees which is understandable, but then she tells me she can't deposit my check without calling the mobile banking dept. which could take another 20 mins!  How could she expect me to wait 20 mins, I really had to go!  I was cordially displeased.  The lack of customer service will make me avoid this branch particularly.  I will also stick to just depositing in the drive through and pray physical checks become obsolete so I can do all my transactions online/digitally and not have to deal with branches and people when banking.
