Wouldn't cash a $100 Chase check with my temporary AZ ID.  It's a legitimate photo ID.  I had my old ID that had just expired too.  What do they think, that I'm no longer me because my ID expired?  Went to the Chase on Southern and Country Club and they cashed it, no problem.  That tells me it isn't a Chase policy, just this branch being pinheads.

I wanted to close my account with Chase and the woman that helped me closed my credit card also. I told her that I didn't want my credit card to be closed and she said she would put in the paper work to have it reinstated. A month later I go to use my card and it's closed. I called them and they claimed they don't even have the authorization to close it but somehow they did and there is nothing they can do. Wow. Worst experience with a bank I've ever had.

SANTREESE KNIGHTEN ! Best chase banker . Honestly I've never received better service than I just did with her . She helped me out she understood everything and answered all my questions even questions I didn't tell her . Amazing worker !

Ok service water/coffee.Woman as you walking will explain depositing money/using the machine.directs you to the banker to set up account. Make sure you have an actual. Address or there will be problem.(might lock your card happened to me)Told me I needed letter from the place I was staying. Things got processed so it is what it is

They'll answer the phone quickly and half listen to your question then provide incorrect information. You will then drive to the location wishing to complete your transaction. You will quickly find that they have no intention of providing you any kind of service.
