First of all, I am aware everyone is human and mistakes happen, and I am fully aware that not everyone can be the best version of themselves every single day. With that being said after their ATM outside malfunctioned after a $400 cash deposit, it printed out a receipt & said to call the number to file a claim if the statement didn't show up in your bank statement. Issue was quickly resolved and Customer claims apologized and credited my acct with the $400. (A simple camera check and deposit receipt proves I was at the atm at the stated time) . Anyways, a month and 4 days later, customer claims suddenly concludes I filed a false claim and takes back the $400 out of my acct claiming there is no evidence of my claim, putting my acct negative, without money for transportation, groceries, rent, etc. I am a 20 year old college student, and while $400 is nothing to most people, $400 to me, is more than a whole weeks worth of work. Bank Manager Sonia Mckinney (who I have had positive experiences with prior) treated me as if I was less than a human being. I've never seen a more blatant truth than the look in her eyes that the issues I am facing are completely irrelevant to her life, and she genuinely doesn't care about the well-being of her clients. The amount of disrespect I received from Sonia McKinney was almost unbelievable. My issues and livelihood meant nothing to her. She refused to take my claims serious, whether it was because of my age, my lack of funds to defend myself, or just thought i was a liar, is all speculation. All I know for certain is that Sonia Mckinney displayed the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. Rude, dull, emotionless, and inconsiderate are the only words I can use to describe my experience at this location. However, there is a Banker by the name of Jerry I believe, who when I went back the next day and Sonia wasn't there (thank god) showed me the utmost respect, was willing to listen to my concerns, gave me useful straightforward advice and information with unbelievable professional courtesy. He truly listened and cared about the situation that was taking place. I hate to leave 1 star because of how excellent his customer service was and his genuine sincerity. He deserves credit for doing his job to the best of his ability, I didn't expect him to solve my problems, I just wanted to be treated like a human being, & given a logical explanation & I was, so thank you Sir. Lesson 1) Never deposit cash to an outside ATM after business hours. I am telling you if you have chase bank, you are a statistic, you are a number on a piece of paper. They DO NOT care about you, if you are in a similar situation COLLECT ALL FACTS, COLLECT HARD EVIDENCE, they do not care about your emotions, they care about money. #2 AVOID BRANCH MANAGER AT ALL COSTS.

Very friendly and helpful people here. I've been with them for over a year now, never had to wait too long for assistance, and always had my issue resolved without any trouble.

this location does not qualify as a bank. its more like a kiosk. no tellers exist and the bankers all spend their time doing transactions for ppl on the atm... only a single impolite lady stood by the front only assisting ppl with the atm. google needs to relabel this location as an ATM only with excessively long waits.
