Some people is rude. There is a black girl that has been rude with me several times. Also, an old Chinese girl that, when looking forward to applying to a credit card, didn't  let me do it. I explained her that in Chase close to my office downtown they told me they will apply and to bring my passport. She said no, that I have to do it online. Super rude, I asked her to explain me the process and she said that there is not much to explain, she can apply for me online (the same way I can do it). Next day, in the other Chase I mentioned above, they took my passport, asked me for which credit card, and applied on their system. 

In exchange, another black girl that works there, skinny, she is really nice. The Latino guy has a great customer service. So, it depends on who deals with you I guess.

They took my debit card and was told I had to pick it up with a photo id. I came back and I was told it was shredded it. No one even called me to notify me

This Branch is Great. Specifically Mr. Kevin Barrios who always seems to be the one that provides us service. I have to say this young man is the Epitome of Excellence in Customer Service. He always remembers us. He's always helpful, polite, courteous, and professional. He knows his job and to say he does it well would be an understatement.
My Wife and I just want to say Thank You Mr. Barrios, for going above and beyond. You deserve good things in your career and we've no doubt that they will come to you.

Service is horrible. My first time in that location I sat and waited for 25mins and still no one came and acknowledged why I was there. Another person came in after me and was serviced right away. The two workers that assisted him constantly walked back and forth between their offices and never acknowledge me and another customer as we sat patiently waiting. After sitting and constantly looking for someone to assist my reason for being there, still no assistance so I just left out without being serviced and also the other customer that was waiting too.

They just added comprehensive ATMs for various denominations and basic transactions. Staff is friendly, but this location gets a lot of traffic and can become busy very quickly.
