Worst service ever!!!!. Today I was there to get a temporary card cuz I lost mine so this lady don't her name but she looks Chinese or Korean whatever she always having the attitude like she knows everything. So when she finished my service i was charging my phone so again later i asked her a question she was kinda throwing shade answering my question i mean all I can say she better not to take my service next time cuz for sure she'll catch my hands.

This is the slowest bank I have ever been to. If our business didn't already use this bank, I would never step foot in there again. There are 2 tellers and 31 people in line waiting. It took me 45 mins in line before I could make my 2 min deposit. Terrible.

I had great service today. The line seemed long at first, but they had 6 tellers on duty, so at most I was in and out in 5 minutes. On the way out the nice lady said: "Thank you".

Worst experience ever! First off normal banks open at 9am they open one hour later. Second the customer service is very unhelpful. I could have called the number on the back of the card. Waste of time and waste of business space. Replace it with Starbucks they have better customer service.
