Rude customer service. Awful experience the 2 times I visited this branch. Mimi was the teller whom has no social skills, not sure why she is allowed to conduct transactions to anyone with such rude and disrespectful manners

Terrible customer service. This is from someone who works in customer service. I will not ever be back to this branch, extremely rude employers, and they are not willing to solve anyone's issue unless they making money out of you.

They could take my money with temporary id but couldnt re open my savings account with a paper id this place sucks

Unable to help me, again.  This is the second time this Chase Bank Branch was "unable to help me" with a financial trans action.  This time, I went to another branch five minutes away that was AMAZINGLY able to help me with the same transaction.  Since there seems to be so many things that this branch is "unable to do," that other braches are apparently able to do - I will be using OTHER Chase branches in the future.
