Just waited over 15 min in the drive up with one car in front of me. Hell I sat at the terminal myself over 10 min just to make a simple withdrawal. Just seemed a little ridiculous and I am glad I wasn't in a rush to go anywhere.

My wife’s car caught fire on I-465 and exploded.  Her insurance company paid off all of the loan to Huntington Bank except a couple hundred bucks because they claimed the one part of the car that didn’t melt in the explosive fire, the tires, had tread wear.  We refused to pay that 200 bucks because we’re smart enough to know when someone is trying to pull a fast one.  Apparently, Huntington bank isn’t so bright.  They just sent a repo man to our house, because of the outstanding balance.  We referred them to the charred spot on I-465 where pieces of the car might be available for repossession.  Do you want people who are this completely lost handling anything related to your finances?

The cash/check deposit feature has worked maybe thirty percent of the time I’ve gone to their ATM.... I take a trip to the bank for one thing and that feature doesn’t work. This has happened five times so far, I’m considering changing financial institutions.

Their ATM has a 50/50 chance of performing the task desired. One week, any type of cash transaction doesn't work. Then the next week, check deposits don't work. There aren't a whole lot of Huntingtons around so I drive out of my way to this one where the ATM rarely works properly. Highly considering switching to Chase.

The 24-Hour Grace is a nice feature but, that's about all that this bank has going for it.  Overall, the company is terrible; not just this branch.  I do most of my business through the ATM but, as others have said, it doesn't work all the time.  Then, I'll call the customer service line.  They tell me that there must be something wrong with my card because they haven't had any other complaints about the ATM and have no idea why it wouldn't be working.  The tellers are as slow as can be.  There can be two cars in the drive-thru and eight cars at the ATM.  You will get through the ATM line faster than the drive-thru!
