Came in to open an account! Was directed to a banker who was helping another client. I was asked to wait in a waiting area clearly in view of the banker. She finished with her client, got up and walked past me. Later another employee came and asked me what I was waiting for and when I told him I was told to wait in that area for a bank account, the banker had gone on lunch. This is twice I've been treated like an invisible customer by this bank while trying to open a bank account. No wonder they are offering $300 to open an account it's the only reason I'm gooing to try again at a branch that is staffed by people that might want my business.

Waited for 45 minutes here to cash one check. I don’t use this bank and never will. One teller on a Friday seems ridiculous!   I ended up leaving without cashing my check!

Drive through banking with ATM. They also have safe deposit boxes and mortgage services.
