We give this bank at the Woodinville location 5 stars.  Been a customer for over 40 years and service is always great, doesn't matter if you come in the front or back door, someone immediately acknowledges your presence.  We've raced in 5 minutes before closing and smiles were there!

Very mixed reviews of this bank.  Sometimes the people are wonderful, and other times non responsive.  I've left multiple messages for people to call me back and it just rarely happens.  When in person everyone is nice, but it's just so difficult to do anything over the phone as they consistently leave me hanging and I have to call multiple times to get simple things done.

Good in person.  Terrible remotely.  Plan for that.

Our business bank.  Little issues now and then like every bank, but generally we feel pretty taken care of.  Their mobile app is nice and easy to use.  Good people in this branch.
