I did not go in the branch this time, i just went to the drive thru to do an ATM transaction and there was no line so it was quick.  It is conveniently located since there are plenty of stores near by and restaurants.

Love this bank!
It is a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to do my commercial banking at this branch because of the people that work very well together. An increasingly rare commodity in the financial service industry.

The men and women at this branch are polite professional, helpful, courteous, and always provide prompt service with a smile. They genuinely seem happy to see you the two or three times a week  I go there to conduct business.

Used to business banking with a different Bank which will remain nameless.

So I will be sure to leave out the the U.S. Bank located at 3515 W. Irving Park Rd in Chicago and the branch manager Mohammad's name out of this review in the interest of fairness.

This location, along with basically every other Chase apparently, has closed their teller windows. In the winter with an infant, this makes it ridiculously hard to get quarters for laundry and really has soured me with Chase. This branch is the one that I noticed first, and who basically told me that it's the new policy and to just come inside, and had zero empathy for my baby who I had to undress in the branch from her winter jacket and then redress to walk the 15 feet to the car. 

Considering it's almost summer, I'd still like the teller windows to be open so that I don't have to drag my kid inside for a 10 second transaction. 2 minutes to unbuckle kid makes it ridiculous for so little time in the building.
