This is my favorite Bank and particularly this location. Although it's a very busy location, I must say, they provide excellent service that is obviously attracting more and more customers and keeping them satisfied. My ultimately favorite banker is the branch manager Denise! :)

Poor service.  Service representatives overly cautious coupled with negligible product knowledge.

This is probably the worst branch ever.  It took 15 minutes to deposit a cash deposit when going through the drive thru. I walked in and asked what the hold up was and I was given the excuse that all the teller were helping someone else (I kid you not it was one other customer and I in the bank.  That's it.) but that isn't the first bad experience. The first experience I just chalked the teller's bad attitude up to having a bad day.
