I have tried calling this branch almost 50 times in the last two weeks to get a bank reference letter over to them regarding a client who just signed on with my company. It is VERY crucial that I get a reference letter from them. Not once have I talked to an actual person in all the times that I called. I'm glad I don't personally use this bank. Terrible service.

I've had enough of this bank bad costumer service.  They can't help costumer for the life of them.  The manager is useless and inept to handle the simplest transaction.  A minor change or override is completely out of his ram of expertise.  I blame also the bank for not giving their employees any authorization to satisfy a client.  I will be taking my business somewhere else.  I also realize that the whole industry is full of uneducated and untrained individuals.
