In 2016 we had an account compromised. We closed the account. They did not pay attention to the items we told them were outstanding and returned them. 
A few months later my wife went into the bank and asked if we could download the files into our QuickBooks for our 2016 taxes and she was told yes but I would need to go in as I was the owner of the account. When I went in I was told we couldn't have this in digital format by a rep talking on the phone  to somome somewhere else period. I feel like I was lied to not to mention now I will have to enter in all transactions by hand. Thank you chase.

 I wish they had told me to download those files before we close the account!!!!

Had to wait forever to sit with someone and handle an issue. They have 8 people working at the bank and no one to help. Would recommend a different bank to bank with.

I dont understand Chase, They will not let me deposit cash ??? I have to go to Amscot and get money order ??? I do not bank here just pay my mortgage here. Very inconvenient
