I came to the port orange location asking for a loan for emergency situation and even with little shaky credit  leslie the representative that helped me did everything she could and went beyond to help and get me approved along with the bank manager. From the time leslie shook my hand and introduced herself i felt at ease. I will be establishing good report with them and looking forward to banking here and knowing the relief that was taken off my shoulders. Thanks vystar

For business accounts, they do not answer calls in a timely manner nor do they address concerns/problems effectively. No one to call or reach directly. Better to do business accounting elsewhere. Cannot speak for personal accounts.

I have been a JaxNavy/VyStar member for 20 years. I live in Orlando and the Port Orange location is the closest to me. I use to have to drive to the Palm Coast branch. A good experience each time. My first time at Port Orange was today and my experience was great! I came in just before closing to make a deposit and this quite attractive young lady handled my deposit for me. All I did was verify my ID and membership to her and she took care of the rest. I apologize for not catching your name due to being stunned by your beauty but I appreciate all your assistance :)

I love Vystar Credit Union and the Port Orange Branch Staff are professional and awesome. They saw and took care of me just before closing.

Friendliest Bank Ever!! I've been banking with vystar many years. I enjoy there professionalism and friendliness but most of all I like that they know that it's my money they are dealing with. And they handle it with care. I am very pleased to see vystar expanding to other locations and having as much success as they do. They deserve it!
