As a member of Chase since the Bank One days, and an avid Jamie Dimon supporter, it pains me to say that the company now seems to be more worried about starting a new universal health care system than about the most basic services of a bank: customer service and keeping people's money safe. This branch, in particular, did not help take action on several thousand dollars worth of fradulent charges because they "didn't have time". The fraud department has offered to continue to credit back these charges for as long as it takes for someone to become available to help close the account and open a new one (potentially a couple of days). Do you want a bank that seems to think money is free? Do you want a bank where they are more worried about locking the door at 6:00pm than helping to protect your account? Do you want a bank that is more worried about getting MORE of your money transferred into brokerage and retirement accounts than taking care of your basic checking and savings accounts? Do you want a bank where you are treated like a second class citizen if someone with a higher balance is sitting in the chair next to you? Do you want a bank that won't accept your kid's loose change? If the answer to these questions is "yes", then come on down to J.P. Morgan Chase!

The teller was completely rude and acted like I was a huge inconvenience. Sorry I had just lost my card, have yet to go in to get a new one. Thinking of changing banks. The banker seemed less then happy to help me and was ok the phone and rudely said it's gonna be awhile. What a joke.

The teller was an old lady with dark brown hair and had glasses. She's the same teller I see every time I come here and she's extremely rude and unfriendly. I switched over to BMO because of the crappy customer service I continue to get from many of the tellers and bankers I've encountered. They need to work on their customer service because it does NOT look good on their company.

they dont close when they say they closing. they close a hour and a half early instead of closing at there right time.
