What is customer service? Cause these people have no clue. I asked to get a notary and was rudely turned down because I needed and account. I called the bank a day or 2 later and asked if I can pay a fee instead. Again was rudely turned down then I brought up the lack of customer service to the associate and informed her of the horrible online rating she then told me “Whatever sir I don’t care” and hung up the phone. I will never open an account here
