This bank scammed me.

We needed to stop by this location to deposit a check and talk with a banker. I was surprised that the lines weren't too long on a Saturday. We go to the teller and make a deposit and only had to wait a short time to see the banker. The kids also enjoyed their free lollipops.

Usually good service and at least 2 tellers. 2 outside ATM machines on site.

I tried to open a new account, (I have two with Chase), but was told I would have to make an appointment for late afternoon or sometime next week. I've opened many accounts and have always received walk-in service. Very annoying. Nearly as bad as the time they refused my wife access to the history of an account with her name on it, apparently a language issue with their employee.

Tried to open an account and was told they were too busy to see me, and would call me when there was availability...no call.  Called them back twice...no answer.  I am taking this as an indicator of the poor service I would receive once I deposited my money.  My business isn't very important to the Chase.
