There were some misunderstanding as to who was first in line. The teller at the handicap counter was rude. She insisted that I should say sorry which I did. Then she insisted that I had to say sorry to the next customer which I said I will after the cash deposit transaction. I don't mind apologizing when I was wrong or even being mistaken. But she insisted again that I should go over to the next customer while she was doing the transaction. That is extremely unprofessional. I'm not so foolish as to leave her with the cash and walk away from the counter!! The bank system has problem. There is not business account teller. The handicap counter is good for those in need but when there ain't anyone needing that it should be open to the long line in waiting. But to be fair, the other tellers are polite and efficient. One bad experience is enough to ruin a business relationship!
