I went to change out some money for quarters and Esperanza Jimenez was just super unfriendly and judgy when she was attending to me and she didn't smile or say hello even when I greeted her. She just glared at me. I get that she may have been preoccupied or something but being a teller is about customer service and she is terrible.

Horrible customer service! I came in at 5:05 today to open an account and one of the representatives asked what I wanted to do at 5:25. Once I stated that, he went back to the other rep who opens accounts and told her. She came out 7 minutes later and told us that she can't open the account because they close at 6. Biggest waste of time ever. They should tell people that they don't open accounts after a certain time or at least don't have people sitting there for 30 minutes of your life that you could never get back. I like Chase but that's the last time I will ever go to that branch.

Very upset. I Deposited 5k on atm that got my money stocked. Call the bank as per the notification on the atm screen and they told me tart could take up to 48 hours to get the problem resolved.
This is insane...im very frustrated. Atm was supposed to be a secure machine and never had these kind issues.
