Do not go to this branch. Been with PNC for three years and this is the only awful branch I know of. A deposit here will take them over 20 minutes to do even if there's no line. The last straw was an employee named David Moreno whom started serving me twenty minutes prior to close, after waiting 15 minutes for him to answer at the window and before I could make requests for cash he closed down all the computers before asking me if I needed anything claiming that he didn't know I needed anything other than a deposit(because he didn't bother to ask me anything). The only reason I know his name is because when I went back the next Monday to do another deposit it took over 20 minutes again, he threatened me when I asked him for his name and he sarcastically challenged me to take his last name too, because he didn't care. He also told me he wasn't sure if it was him from the Friday before despite it being only three days ago and his manager telling me it was indeed him. Stay away and go to the one on Hillsboro. Especially avoid David Moreno.

Best customer service. All branch representatives greet me by first name and has handled any issue I've ever brought to them. Great branch!

Worst policies. They limit cash deposit in drive thru (for business) to $2000.00. They said it is for safety and security reasons. So tell me, is it safer for me to get out of my car with cash deposits? Ubsurd policy. More likely it is for their convenience not mine.
