Moved to Waco 4 years ago and went to a LOCAL bank, would not let me open a checking account? Directly next door was Chase Bank, opened a checking and savings account within about 20 minutes and have been banking with them ever since. I recommend them to everyone when banking comes up in topic. By the way, that LOCAL bank was bought out and no longer exists. Glad I came to Chase!

I went in for a personal loan and they don't offer them ...not everyone has a lot of money and they don't seem to be down for the poorer people

Worse bank I could think about using. They closed my account (which I thought I had to do myself) and then when I went to cash my check they wouldn't let me because I didn't take my social security card with me. The lady was very rude. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.

When my bank couldn't handle my online needs, I looked for a new bank that could. I was dreading going to a "big" bank, but checked out all three national brands that were here in Waco. After meeting Randy (their small business specialist and great guy) and Ashley (a banker that should be training other bankers!), I decided to give Chase a try and I am very glad I did. They have been great to work with. I miss my old bank but I'm really enjoying my new, big bank with the feel that's local and friendly.
