Staff was seriously mean to my cousin in front of her little kids and detained her. I had to go down there to prove I paid her for hard work performed cleaning up my house that had burned. When I got there, she was in tears and handcuffs. When I asked about the details, the manager started acting rude to me over a, "What happened," question.  I'm glad Rebekah doesn't use this bank anymore! Just because she started making more around the holidays did not make her a suspect. I wrote specifically on the noted area it was for cleaving services. If anything, she was a great mom for providing for her children: especially during the Christmas holidays.

My whole family and I have banked at Genco FCU since day 1!  All the staff has treated us like family! Scott the branch manager at the Valley Mills location has always been amazing. When my mother was sick Scott would call us and check on her. Then when my sweet mother passed he was so compassionate and helpful. I will NEVER bank anywhere else!

Always treated with respect.  Other customers   are polite for v the most part.  Better than dealing with large banks,  I'm here to tell you.

I love the bank and all people that work there they have been nothing but helpful since I bank there I always recommend them to my family and friends who are  always satisfied  they told ther friends
