They have this great service of private client and it's a pretty modern bank with kind and helpful stuff, the only lack was at the lunch break that rather than one banker who was busy with other customer, they all left in the same time.

Been coming here forever. They always treat me good. It gets busy at times so can't complain when there's a long line

There is always a long wait with one teller while the manager is just standing on the back instead of helping.. And can the teller Joan be more obvious she is racist?!? Be courteous to EVERYONE!! Does not even greet, nor asks how my day is going, did not tell me they are hiring (she did to the four previous customers ahead of me) and when I said Thank you she just walked away...

Already have accounts with Chase, need to open another saving account.  Wait in line for 15, because only 1 teller.  Then the teller told me to go to one of the rep. to open account, will not do it at the teller.  After 10 with the rep to open second saving account, he tell me to sign some paper work and the back of my check so it can be deposit, to find out he can not take the deposit at his desk , he tell me I have to get back in line to deposit my check or go outside to the machine.....wth.   There 5 people ahead of me with one teller....I just walk out...

This location has very good customer service and convenient Saturday hours.
