 Quiero crear la cuenta de ahorros y de crédito y para estar enterado claramente de todo, pedí ayuda en español, el primer día que fuy . Que esperará, y así fue espere un momento  y me dicen : que se demora 1 hora y media.  Entendíble, sin cita y pues debía estar ocupado, pero solo tenían una persona,  y me dicen:  si quiere regrese mañana,  y ok así fue. Regreso al otro día más temprano con ganas de crear  la cuenta  y  me acerco y pregunto. Par lo mismo, crear la cuenta , y me dicen   que hoy  jueves nadie viene  para ayudarme. No entiendo es un banco  donde  se supone que están  cubiertas las necesidades,  para dar un servicio al cliente.   Igual con el tiempo ellos ganan con nuestro dinero.
Así que muy decepcionado  de esta sucursal
