Deposited a check on 7/2/16. ATM was working as intended. Upon processing the check, the ATM experienced a technical difficulty. Took the check, didn't return it, or print a receipt with a picture copy. The machine did however print a receipt telling me to call a number to contact customer service. Upon contacting Chase directly, I was told I would have to wait 10 days before the claim could be completed and the money would be accessible. They refused to pay for any inconveniences caused on their behalf and offered no additional services for the issues that have occurred. Instead, as a consumer, I am forced to abide by their time schedule. Thanks Chase bank for stealing $300 for 10 days and denying any aspect of that being theft.

No safe deposit boxes but great service! The manager is nice and friendly!

John was my personal banker at this location. I went in and signed up for their chase checking when they offered $200.00 for signing up as a new chase customer (awesome by the way)... John took care of everything and even helped me see some more benefits to coming over to Chase. I loved it so much that I had my girlfriend open an account at that same location. John periodically checks in with me to see how things are going and even called to make sure my new credit cards made it to my home, the balance transfers I set up were complete, etc. So far, I am very happy with Chase.
