Great bank with everything you need to make a deposit or get a business loan or anything in between.

Horrible experience at this branch with the "manager" Ray Jaravapa.
He asked me, do you not understand what I'm telling you? He must of thought I was an imbecile, when actually my command and understanding of the English language is much better than his.
Hiring mangers that look,  and act like they are 15 years old without people skills and a disrespectful attitude is not the way to go Chase.
Very disappointed, I have lived in this area for over 20 years and have been using  this bank constantly, not anymore, I prefer not to be treated like an idiot. By the way, I never write reviews - this is a first.
