After 16 years of being a chase customer, i am shocked to have received the horrible service that i received... The manager ( mr singh) is amazing, but the people he has hired over the years are the complete opposite. Christina (russian lady) , amy and janie should be avoided at all cost. HORRIBLE customer service from this branch... Mr singh i would recommend replacing your staff with respectful individuals, not rude and disrespectful ones... If you guys don't like your job, don't take it out on us customers.

Very Disappointed and chase you can never get through to speak to somebody thank God I I do not have an account with them anymore. If I can give him a zero I would say don't deserve even one star for me.

Extremely poor customer service! I waited 20 minutes to be told the only banker that could help me was off in 10 minutes and couldn't help me. What?! Only one banker was trained to handle the simple transaction and she was refusing to help me, because she needed to 'close out'. Where was the manager? He was off. Why even be open until 6PM, if you can't help the customer?

banker knows nothing how the bank works . (Russian lady Kristina.) She tried to be smart, but all she does is talking and no help from her. Hope management see their reviews.

I have banked with several different banks, over the years and this is the best bank I have ever done business with.  The Tellers are wonderful, they are friendly and very helpful.  I highly recommend this bank at this location.
