ABSOLUTELY THE WORST F%&*$#G BANK EVER I went in to get information for opening a checking account and had a few questions. I get there and one person is at the counter one person getting help in the side office ok one guy walking around like lost pup. Ok this should be a quick in and out right pffft hell no. I waited 5 min to get to lady at counter no biggie to ask for a pamphlet about checking accounts she the points to a counter and tells me put my name on list and someone will help me ...... ok so I did now I also have my year and a half old with me so we go put my name on list and sit down and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait some more 35min for a info on a account  I got up I scratched my name off the list took my kid and left if having conversations with coworkers is that important to u I hope they are the ones who pay u completely disgusted.  I will not be backing with chase nor will I ever recommend them you get better help at a Walmart don't waist your time banking here they really don't care would leave a 0 star if I could corporate should just close the branch down ......

Set up an appointment with the Business Banker, waited 45 minutes for him to tell us he didn't have time.  Just want to add a new signer on our checks.

There really is something wrong with this drive thru. There are certain times of the day or week that will be busier. It's it that difficult to staff accordingly?  Not with new tellers but with ones who can handle the increased business. You already don't want me coming into your bank with my business deposit so how's about faster service in the drive they

The drive thru is horrible! They always take forever and there is usually only 1 banker on staff. It's a Friday!!!! Everyone is coming to cash their checks! There should be at least 3 people working at the drive thru. Cmon now! This is unacceptable.
