I rarely use this location due to several issues I've had in the past with rude and incompetent tellers. 

Today, I tried to make a very simple deposit. I have made the same deposit weekly for many years and have never had an issue (at ANY of the other locations I've used). 

The teller told me that she was unable to deposit my check but could not give me a reason why. She told me I needed to call the issuer. When I called the issuer of the check they advised me that sometimes incompetent tellers have difficulties doing their job and that I should try another bank because the funds are definitely available. 

I then drove down the street to the highway 36 location and they were immediately able to deposit my check without any issues!!

 The incompetence of the teller at the federal location made  my wife late to work and made me unable to make it to an important appointment!!

When I called to speak with the manager of the federal location she was nothing but argumentative and hyper defensive! I was not rude, I just wanted to explain to her that her teller's lack of knowledge is highly problematic to their customers. 

I also told her that I have had several issues like this and rarely use their location. She did not bother to ask which teller made the mistake. All she did was try to deflect the blame on to myself. Absolutely ridiculous! Her "apology" was very insincere and patronizing.  

Horrible manager!! Horrible customer service!! 
TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!! 

I obviously will never waste my time at this location ever again.

I called Chase to see if I could just deposit my foriegn money I had leftover from my trip to Europe and they said yes.  I got in the car and went down there and then they said we can take the currency but not the coins.  I explained to them that coins are currency but they insisted no there is a difference and I insisted no there is not and just to validate that I wasn't wrong I checked three different websites and coins fall into there definition of currency you would think people that work for a bank would know this.  Needless to say I was frustrated at this point. Finally the Branch Manager told me that the vendor they use for foriegn currency exchanges only takes paper not coins.  I find this to be absurd being that in Europe they use 1 Euro and Pound coins which I have plenty of still.  As somone that also owns stock in JP Morgan Chase I was also dissappointed in my experience today.  Sadly I will probably look for another bank do to this bad experience.

I have to give this branch a low rating for the fact that they are liars.  So me of my bills didnt go through for 6 days then I was overdrafted. I when in to complain, they told me as soon as I was in the positive that they would refund me 2 transactions per the manager, I believe her name was Angela.  Then when I was in the positive I called in as told then they gave me the run around telling me excuses of why they couldnt and that she doesnt train any of her employees to say this. Bunch of bologna!! Liars!! Awful manager!!
