ATM sucks!!! Works about 50% of the time.. customer service is suuuuuuper slow a majority of the time, went in one time to withdraw 2,000.00 took them about 15minutes of sneaking around From desks to the back room back to desks etc... acted like I was taking out 10,000,000 in gold.

Only has 1 drive through ATM that is only functional occasionally. No ATM inside. The convenience at this branch is non existant.

The worst bank I have every dealt with. Horrible customer service. My account was hacked twice 2 months after opening it. I was accused of doing it myself even the transactions were over a 100 mile from where I live. It took them almost 6 months to investigate. Then they found I was in the right and I received no phone call, but I received many phone calls when I was being accused.
