They have a bunch of machines that take the place of tellers. Because of this, customer service is great! No confusion on what I wanted, or inane questions and small talk, just insert card, take cash, thanks for banking with Chase! Wish more banks would take this approach of not needing employees to deal with real problems.

Great customer service and I am so happy that I opened a banking account here. I really hope that a Chase gets opened up in Odenton Maryland where I will be moving to.

Was asked what I could be helped then to be told to sit down for a while then to be told that their so understaffed that I would have to wait longer so I didn't get anything done like I was expecting to. Since I wasted my gas and time won't be returning here for any reason other then to use the atm.
