This chase bank staff is very rude and unprofessional. I was there today to get information about business account. After writing my name I had to wait more than 30 minutes. Finally when my name was called, I was told to wait for business specialist. I had to wait extra 15 minutes and after the business specialist got time for customer he called someone else instead of me and finally I had to remind him that I was next. Specialist was not helpful and gave me information that I needed very quickly. I had to wait total of 45 minutes for only 3 minutes attention. Very bad experience here.

Francisco Medina is the name of the guy who save my day. I was to do a big mistake in a check deposit but thanks to him everything is going wonderful. Thank you CHASE for having so capable people who jumps to help the customers without hesitation. This guy deserves more than a pat in the shoulder.!

Took me an hour+ just to get a new pin .. And I allegedly had 2 people ahead of me. They don't work with urgency .
