Just recently had to close my account here due to financial issues. But, I felt so guilty because the people who work here are so kind to you. They have always helped me with problems I had with a smile on their face. If you have direct deposit from your job Chase can be an amazing bank to work with for opening a checking account.

i am very happy with chase they are ultra modern and Anna is my personal banker who i can get an appointment with anytime and is very knowledgeable and friendly and does whatever possible to help me pay my things on line

Painfully slow. 2nd branch in a week trying to open an account. Waited 30 at the fist and now I'm pushing 30 min waiting now.
