I really like the staff that works at this location. The customer service is outstanding! I'm usually in and out of the branch within 7 minutes. I don't know what the drive through atm is always closed so I never bother with it.

Actually, this particular branch has made 2 huge errors with me, really bad errors. Privacy issues with my accounts, and their "sorry" doesn't mean squat diddly to
Me anymore. I would change to another bank entirely if I wasn't affiliated financially through a family member with them. I'm not impressed with the Sun City branch at all. They need to pay more attention to the specific details of their customers a hell of a lot better than what I've witnessed and experienced!!! -50 pts on my review!

Really friendly, fast service. Drive thru ATM is a tight squeeze.

They need more bankers here. Ridiculous having to wait nearly 2 hours for assistance and watch the bankers cherry pick who they want to work with from the list.
