PS the comment about not letting a 2 year use the bathroom is unreasonable NO BANK has public restrooms for obvious security risks!

Transferred from Fifth Third after banking with them for a decade. It came time to switch banks as Fifth Third was sparsely available at certain locations. Chase, on the other hand, supports tap-to-pay terminals and works well with Samsung Pay. Their customer service at this location is top-notch. They even have a machine to deposit your pay stub, unlike Fifth Third.

Not friendly, and refused bathroom to my two year old.. she left crying because she had to use the bathroom. It's things like this that makes someone leave your bank.

They happily exchanged cash for quarters without hassling me to get an account with them.
