$7 to cash a check there without an account?! I will definitely deposit these in the future in my own bank account, to make sure I don't have to walk back into a Chase Bank.

Worst bank ever!!!! They hate small businesses and are not interested in supporting local businesses here in Friendswood.  We own a small business located in the same strip center as this bank and getting change from them is such an inconvenience for them, they are rude and make it known they don't want to give us change.  Don't worry we will never open an account with you because you have the worst customer service EVER!!!!

I WENT TO THE CHASE IN FRIENDSWOOD ON 12/9/2013 TO EXCHANGE A CASHIERS CHECK THAT THE NAMES WERE LISTED BACKWARDS .ANA MEI SUAREZ WOULD NOT EXCHANGE IT BECAUSE SHE DID NOT KNOW ME!(HER WORDS)..I WAS CLOSING IN FRIENDSWOOD ,THAT IS WHY I CAME TO HER BRANCH.SHE INFORMED THAT I HAD TO GO TO THE BANK WHERE I RECEIVED IT...THANK GOD IT WASNT OUT OF TOWN!!!!CHANGING BANKS.
