The entire crew at Chase are an incredible and special group of conscientious and caring people that are there to serve in a professional way. Their online systems and in-house operations are modern and easy to use. I love this branch, but the same energy and service level is duplicated in every branch I've experienced. Chase is my bank! They are all this, with a root beer lollipop, and a cup of coffee too!

Caitlin Kozma was amazing she opened my business account. It was a pleasure coming to this location very warm and inviting. She even went out of her way the help expedite a situation that normally takes a week. Very impressed also met Roy the branch manager that was very kind and helpful. I reccommend this location to anyone looking to bank with the best bank around.

A bank that nicely wastes your time and does NOT provide customer service/support. So disrespectful and eager to waste others time. A business who is able but unwilling to solve an issue cannot be considered professional. The feeling I get any time I walk into a branch is "How is Chase going to make my life harder today" and " How much is this going to cost me?" Update 6/10/16 Roy, the branch manager contacted me. He didn't know the answer to a question (that's ok) but refused to call "legal" to get an answer and work efficiently (NOT ok). What am I missing here? Again, a business making life harder, not easier.
