They accidentally opened two accounts for me. I was told it would be closed that day and it was not. I had to go to another branch to ensure it was taken care of. I also was told my card would not be mailed until I provided a new mailing address due to me moving that week. I was informed the card was supposedly sent anyways to the old address despite my request. I'm still working on getting a new card because it got "lost in the mail". I love bank of America but this experience was disappointing.

This bank sucks! Slow attention...just one counter with 20 peoples waiting to do a transaction.... really poor the costumer service

This is by far the worst Bank of America branch I've been to. Avoid going there to do anything besides an ATM withdrawal since people there are huge failures at their job. I went there to get a simple document notarized and got the worst customer service. No one is there to greet you and branch employees will ignore you over appointments and won't even acknowledge your existence. Once I was helped by a lady called Elizabeth and I made the mistake to tell her what document was she refused and even questioned the document as if she was a person with legal knowledge thinking my document was incomplete because it was a page long. Lady if you want to see a 3 page document let me up the font size. Didn't even fully helped me with an alternate solution. Such a shame of a branch damaging the brand.

Prepare to wait! Idiot manager would rather constantly ask you if you're making a deposit than open up another teller (refuses to have more than 2 open and that includes businesses drop off which they give priority to) to help the 20+ people waiting in line that clearly aren't making deposits! Worst drive through atms (2 in one lane) so more waiting there too. At least there's security,  with the amount of bums in the area you need it.
