Lacks professionalism.  Employees were not capable of completing the simple task I went in for.  And most of the customers in there seemed to be homeless.

I have been to most of this country, and its hard for me to think of a bank branch worse than this one.

This branch is so small but they still trying to serve everyone coming into the bank, drive-thru windows and ATM's. This is one busy intersection. One of the ATM's always goes down. Either I have to wait for the other one to open or drive to another Chase Bank ATM. Friday afternoon is the worst day to use ATM. Expect delay or no cash on holidays.
