When it comes to handling anything with my finances I ALWAYS come to this branch. I have a great experience when it comes to customer service, and yesterday was no exception to that. I was helped by Jeremy one of the tellers, super nice and attentive to my needs and what i needed done. He was able to help me and get me out in a timely manner. :)

Don't even bother coming here. Employees sit and talk, instead of taking care of other people. They happen to "accidentally" skip you. Almost 2 hours at the bank on a slow day. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I wish I could give below 1 star.

The ladies behind the counter were discussing an altercation they had with a previous customer, which to me is incredibly unprofessional since you all have customers in front of you at the moment. The lady who attended me I assume was in training since she had to continuously ask the person next to her for help. Which I don't mind, I understand that it's a learning process. I was doing a wire transfer from my personal account to another persons account. I filled in the wrong form and the person who was helping the 'trainee' looked bothered that i used the wrong form....I don't think rolling your eyes at my ignorance is the appropriate reaction to me. Just let me know and next time I won't waste paper or time and I'll use the proper paper work.... Overall just a bad experience

Bad customer service I will never go back to this bank they have a poor attention and too slow when the client is the bank they begin to balance the money bank and customer waiting until they finish with the process
