Came in at 5:35 to open an account in this bank that closes at 6 and one of the three account managers was playing on his phone. When I asked to open an additional account he told me I needed to be there 45 minutes until closing to open an account. I informed him that I called and they told me I had until 6 pm to come in and he told me that is wrong you have to be here by 5:15. Starts yelling to the two other account representatives did anybody speak to this guy when he called. Than told me he could not help me at 5:35.

Terrible lines, system down always and day before the 4th of July. May close all my accounts with Chase and go somewhere else, too bad customer of 13 years before they were even Chase Bank. They give banks a bad name.
