Came to the drive thru to take out $30. I was sitting for 15 minutes. At first nobody was in the drive thru, so I hit the call button and she finally showed up. Then she gave me my withdrawal slip and disappeared for 5 minutes. I hit the call button 4 times before a different employee came and took it. Then I waited another 10 minutes for my transaction to be done and handed to me. To top it off, there was nobody else there but me. Worst service I've had at a bank drive thru.

Every time I come to this bank there is always a long line. It's the worst branch of Chase, how can you only have one bank teller during busy hours? This been going on for more than a year. Disappointing!

The worst branch ever. I've been a chase customer for over 8 years and never seen just 1 personal banker at a branch with such a long line. I've been waiting for assistance for 50 min. Rediculous. Btw they should open some branches in PA, so people don't have to travel to other states.

Worst customer services ever!!! I made an hour drive to come to this location, I came in 20 mins before closing waited 45 mins to get help inside the branch, they REFUSED to help me, even though I'm an account holder and was seating down waiting to get help inside the branch!!. The Rep help someone that got there after me!!. I clearly stated my frustration after seeing this. The rep show no empathy. As a preferred member I was hoping for a better customer service. Will be closing all my accounts and transferring to a different bank.
