No drive-thru ATM. There are three 24-hour ATMs that accepts 40-50 bills at a time and give out $5 $10 $20 or $100 denominations. Haven't seen this option at any other ATM with any other bank. They always add more tellers if the line gets longer inside the branch. They're always willing to help out, very courteous and friendly everytime I visit. Just wish they had a drive-thru ATM.

I opened a checking account few months ago.  The customer service representative made me feel very uncomfortable. ..he was not pleasant at all. So far, not impressed with this bank.

This brand does not have a drive thru ATM. But they are very friendly, I went here to close out my account and was seen within about 5 minutes.

It is unfortunate that I am unable to reach anyone by phone at this branch. I called the 800 Chase helpline for my business checking account and the customer service specialist was equally disappointed in her inability to reach someone within the branch to resolve an issue. It's a poor choice to allow the phone to ring and time out without any option for leaving a message or reaching a human being.
