Waited in line for 45 mins. ONE teller working and 20 people in line. I was robbed while visiting friends in Corona, CA in the mall parking lot. I had my DMV paperwork, fingerprint that opened my account iphone app, and tax papers. BofA refused to give me any money from my account claiming I could not prove my identity. I just needed $100 to get back to Las Vegas. BofA customer service offered to send me emergency cash but this particular branch manager has a policy not to issue emergency cash. I have 3 business accounts and a merchant acct...closed all 3 the following week. Their employees, tellers, and Nancy the manager are all braind dead morons. One teller was working with 3 other employees standing around doing nothing.

I never write reviews so for me to do this is saying something . Slowest bank ive ever been to horrible customer service due to one employee attending like 10 + customers .

Worse bank on earth

Just 2 tellers and 3 seated looking at the computer
It’s being like this always and no improvement 
And 15 to fight and get a parking

If I could give zero stars I would...I have been waiting for almost 2 hours to be seen. They said one hour...still nobody...they have one teller on a Monday and a line going down the hall. The lady that said she can't help me is now going to be the one who helps...
