Id like to know why Transfer forms are not readily available to customers.   Why can't i have more than one slip?  It holds u up when u have to stand there and fill out form when u can do it ahead of time.  I much prefer the Farmingville branch the forms are out and u can have more than one.  But unfortunate for me i live closer to Ronkonkoma branch.  Ive asked for the transfer slips at Ronkonkoma branch and I'm told they are only kept behind the desk.  Very inconvenient.

this bank is unhelpfull. they charge me fees upon fees for no reason. and when I ask for help they tell me to call there help line number.  you can find a better bank anywere else .
