Chase is one of the oldest and largest financial institutions in America. It has a very good reputation, and has been well known for decades. If you are looking for a safe place to put your money, you couldn't do much better than Chase. They can also help you with loans, mortgages, certificates of deposit and other things to do with money. Go by and make a deposit.

I have called this bank 8 times today to try to resolve an issue. A different chase bank let me know what number to call and who to ask for. No one has answered me once and I find it hard to believe that every branch representative has been on the phone literally all day.

Completely understaffed. The wait for any drive thru transaction is way too long.

Not the employees fault at all. They are all very nice, respectful, and helpful. They are just so understaffed you wait FOREVER! I'll drive to the Chase 20 min away just to avoid waiting 30 min at this location which is a block from my house.
