I have bank account and credit card services with Chase for the past 9 years. It was great for all this time until I went today for trying to get a new account open at this down town location.  They dint have anyone to help, which was okay  but then came this lady who was 'willing' to help me open an account. In a few moments, I knew her intention was actually to ward us off. She was so unfriendly and unprofessional and all the more sarcastic. As if she is doing some charity by letting us open an account. I have an urge to move my accounts to some other friendlier bank!

The rudest people answering the phones. The woman answering my call put me on hold mid-question after I couldn't get through on my previous 3 tries.

WORST experience I've EVER had with a bank! Not only was my account electronically hacked they then take it upon themselves to take my money and tie it up into the mail for almost 2weeks now! And I still have not received it they're telling me 10 more days. My advice to future customers DO NOT USE THEM! I should've stuck with PNC!!!
