Today, I went in to make an account at 1130, the teller named Kayla said it'd be a few moments because the only person that could open an account for me had someone with them. I said okay, and at 1200 Kayla walked up to me and said that he wouldn't be able to take me and that I could give them my info and come back Monday to sign! It was the worst experience I've had at a bank so far, I wonder if they treated me like this because of my age. The officer gave me and my Hispanic fiance dirty looks the whole time. I was completely uncomfortable and they have lost my business.

This has to be the worst bank in Louisville. I am so glad I bank with 5/3. However, my mom, who is disabled and also deaf, banks with them and it is a nightmare every time. They are so rude to my mom who is slow, sure, it annoys me too but she's disabled and cannot move quickly to do anything. The last time we went the girl at the counter rolled her eyes when she saw my mom come in. My mom is always so sweet and kind to these people it infuriates me to see the way they treat her. They need some customer service/character training. I cancelled her checking account today and am taking her to 5/3 tomorrow because I have had enough. DO NOT BANK HERE.
