0 if possible. Never bank with chase, horrible financial institution that lies to its customers. Customer service has no respect for the truth when it comes to customers, they say one thing then do another. Never bank with chase.

Chase sent my new checking account checks to an incorrect address after explaining in detail whether to send them, therefore creating a security risk. They refused to call Lowes to verify funds after a check for a few thousand dollars was rejected by Lowes' Check Cashing System . Lowes tried to call them but could not get anyone on the phone with a 800 Customer Service number. This mishap caused my delivery from Lowes to be late and I was already working on a tight deadline while remodeling a home in Elizabethtown . I had to withdraw cash to pay Lowes in Louisville since Chase would not verify the funds in my bank account. I closed my bank account there and I do not recommend Chase. I was extremely disappointed since they are a National Bank.

My sister and I went to the N Mulberry office to freeze my nephew's account who had passed away unexpectedly. Heather Terry was kind, compassionate and awesome. She took the time to take care of our concerns. Thank you for helping us through a difficult time. It is sincerely appreciated.

Very nice place. I went in to open a account at 4:55 pm. I wasn't thinking about closing time. They were very pleasant didn't rush me at all. Today I stopped by and a phenomenal lady helped me I believe her name was Kerry?Keri? Anyway she showed me how to deposit money into the ATM and fixed my PIN number and answered a long time question what if ghee ATM gives me the incorrect money back. Very very nice, very customer orientated, you can tell she likes interacting with customers.
