Talked with Nina the manage about getting a notary. She couldn't help me because 2 tellers had 2 people in line beside the people they were helping. Waste of time. She could have just helped me but had to take care of the "rush" very unprofessional

Worst customer service in E'Town. When we talked to manager about it she was very rude. Will never go back to this location. One in Radcliff has excellent  service. I suggest you take your business to this one if you have had problems here as they can show you how it is s opposed to be run.

if possible, chase is a horrible financial institution. there customer service cant get anything straight and lies to customers, thet say one thing then do the oppisite. Necer bank at chase.
